Message Regarding COVID-19

Ballard Optical and Dr. Mason Schneider are closely following the developing and changing situation regarding the COVID-19 outbreak. While most of our staff is staying home, we are open during normal hours with a very reduced staff for contact lens and glasses orders, deliveries, and repairs, as well as questions regarding medical prescriptions and eye emergencies. Dr. Schneider is seeing patients on a very limited basis one day per week and spacing out appointments so as not to have more than five people in the office at any one time. Dr. Schneider is also available on an as-needed basis for phone consults and in-office visits for emergencies. If you have an eye emergency, please call us first, rather than going to urgent care or an emergency room.
